I am a Minneapolis/St. Paul based attorney whose law practice focuses in the areas of business and personal bankruptcy, bankruptcy litigation related matters, and business law and litigation. I have years of experience in representing thousands of individuals and entities in bankruptcy, bankruptcy related litigation, and non-bankruptcy related matters.
Personal time and attention

From the initial consultation to the closing of your file, I will be personally involved with your legal matter. I will consult with you to determine if bankruptcy is the right course of action for you. If you choose to file, I will then personally prepare your petition and related documents for filing with the bankruptcy court and attend your meeting of creditors with you.
More than just bankruptcy
Additionally, and most importantly, if your bankruptcy is complicated or has issues that will result in likely litigation or other contested matters, I am prepared to, and have the necessary experience, to assist you with that litigation until the closure of the matter, without leaving you out in the cold without representation. My law practice also entails, amongst other things, negotiating with creditors outside of bankruptcy and litigating matters at the state court level.
Making your life better
My goal is to make your life better in some way after you leave my office than it was before you met me. I will not sell you legal services that do not fit your needs. If a bankruptcy is not your best option, I will discuss what I can do to assist you with your situation in any capacity that I can. If I cannot represent you in an efficient manner, I have a number of referral sources that I can send you to in order for you to obtain the proper legal assistance.
